Il mio fidanzato sta molto occupato per i miei studi d’Italiano. Dice che Io passo molto tempo sui manuali e quadri. Non so che cosa da fare perché mi piace italiano e anche amo il mio fidanzato. Lo ho domandato di che cosa scttivere questo testo oggi e lui ha offerto questa idea. Forse devo spendere più tempo con lui, invece studiare tutto it tempo.

Il mio fidanzato è preoccupato per il mio studio dell’Italiano. Dice che (io) passo molto tempo sui manuali e sui quadri. Non so che cosa fare perché mi piace italiano ma amo il mio fidanzato. Gli ho chiesto che cosa avrei dovuto scrivere in questo testo oggi e lui ha proposto questo tema (= topic). Forse dovrei passare più tempo con lui, invece di studiare tutto il tempo.

first line isn't really correct but I need to understand what do you mean with "occupato". Occupato means reserved/dedicated but in this context it isn't correct because the italian studies are something YOU do, not him, so he can't be dedicated to YOUR studies. If you want to say that he is worried about you studying too much: lui è preoccupato perché studio troppo.
ragazzo/fidanzato (you can use both, ragazzo is used in oral conversations with friends). or mi piace l'italiano ma mi piace anche il mio fidanzato (you use anche because you used the same verb. in this case the italian languages and your boyfriend have the same "weight"). or mi piace l'italiano ma amo il mio fidanzato (with ma and the use of two different verbs is stronger: you say that you LIKE italian BUT you LOVE your boyfriend)
